We just had an incredible time with a large group of wonderful sister missionaries at the Independence, Missouri Visitor’s Center. We got a lightening fast tour by two sisters and then we broke out a guitar and played them some NTB in the lobby for a while. Gates sang GOD IS GOOD and CANDLES and together we sang CRACK OF A WHIP. I also did a little of EMMA by request and HARDEST THING I EVER LOVED TO DO. An awesome break on our 13 hour drive today. Thank you Sister’s. Your smiles were beautiful and your testimonies inspired us! Keep up THE WORK!!! On to Sioux Falls!

NEW MUSIC & NEW TOUR from The Nashville Tribute Band

MCTS_980X450

Everyone who has seen a Nashville Tribute Band show knows our passion for the young men and young women who serve missions throughout the world. I thought the making of “The Work: A Nashville Tribute to the Missionaries” album would cover all of the things we ever wanted to say on the subject of missionary work. I was wrong. The rapid expansion and explosive growth in the number of missions and missionaries is truly changing the world forever and we are simply not done singing about it all. A brand new EP titled “MY CALL TO SERVE” is in production and will be released on MARCH 17th, 2014. One of the things that I am most excited about . . . FINALLY, the song that I always wanted to write about sister missionaries has arrived and will be on this project!

The EP will work together with a new line of products designed to prepare hearts and to celebrate the unparalleled experiences that accompany full-time missionary service. We are confident that you will be amazed by the music and the unique product line.

We love you all and can’t wait to see you at our next show in your town as we begin our Nashville Tribute Band “MY CALL TO SERVE” TOUR 2014. Check our Facebook events page with dates starting as early as March and know that we are adding shows daily to the list. We will likely have the brand new album with us at all shows starting the 1st of March, so get your concert tickets soon!

Sincerely,

Jason Deere of The Nashville Tribute

NTB Visits Powder Springs, GA

PowderSprings

We just got back from two fantastic shows in Powder Springs, GA. Our show on
Friday, August 23rd was for the YSA Branch. What a great group of kids. Then, on
Saturday, August 24th we performed at the McEachern High School Performing Arts
Center for a couple of stakes as well as the Atlanta, GA mission. We are grateful
to all of those that attended, but especially grateful for the 70+ Elders and
Sisters that attended with their mission president, President Harding and joined us
to sing “I Was Born”. It was an incredible site! Check out the great photo above!
